It all started when…

I was (and still am!) a homeschool mom and wife, with an entrepreneurial desire to build a home business that would serve thousands of small businesses and glorify God.

Creative boutique owners flooded into HarQuin and we created HarQuin Boutique Bookkeeping - just for boutique owners who needed help with their books! We wanted to take that burden off of boutique owners to free them up for doing more of what they love - the reason why they started the boutique in the first place.

I started as a QuickBooks trainer, teaching small business owners how to do their bookkeeping. I’m grateful for that opportunity to learn so much of the inner workings of small businesses at different stages and different industries.

By providence, our bookkeeping business has grown steadily since 2008, allowing my husband to leave his job and become full-time with me in building not only the business - but a LEGACY.

I know how much work goes into building a small business + the essential foundation of knowing your numbers and it is a joy to serve boutique owners in this way, so that they may grow in leadership in their boutique business and build a legacy, too!
